Power BI Operational Dashboards
Built and maintained Power BI dashboards and SQL Server queries to turn day-to-day IT and business data into reports managers and senior leadership could act on — covering incident volumes, SLA performance, and operational trends.

Desktop Refresh & Patch Deployment Rollout
Assisted the IT Manager in planning, testing, and rolling out software and hardware upgrades across the business, including patch deployment and compatibility validation. Ran pre- and post-deployment checks to keep disruption to end users to a minimum, and kept documentation accurate throughout.

Structured Onboarding & Offboarding Process
Coordinated end-to-end user lifecycle management — account setup and deactivation, Microsoft 365 license assignment, MFA configuration, device provisioning, and secure access revocation — in line with internal security policy.
